Find out moreThe Gimme 3 Gran Fondo is a cycling event hosted by the Laurens Police Department’s Bicycle Unit comprised of circuits on the flat, smooth test tracks of the Michelin North America Proving Grounds. Racing will be entirely on the test tracks of the Michelin Proving Grounds which are closed to vehicles which are not support vehicles. All riders will begin with a 3.7 mile loop on the oval track 1 with the remainder of miles ridden on a 5.9 mile circuit which combines tracks 1 and 2. An Ultra Cycling Race event of 615 Km which is a non-stop race. The race starts from Chandigarh, a city designed and conceptualised by world renowned architect Le Corbusier and his fellow architect Pierre Jeannerret. The event will see the riders cycling across the plains of Punjab and the Kandi region, which lies in the lower Shivalik Hills, of the Kamahi Devi circuit. Shivalik Signature is listed in the qualifiers for the world’s toughest bicycle race- Race Across America, which runs from the west coast to east coast of USA.
