  •  What were conditions like? – Varying weather conditions. Chill in the morning, hot in the forenoon and again chill in the night. Sky was clear and sunny in the morning. Due to nearby sea, it is always hot, humid and salty weather. Head winds in the evening and chill in the night. Increased traffic in in the morning and in the evening. Regular police checks. 
  •  Why did you want to do a record? – To challenge myself and to get a remarkable record. 
  •  What equipment did you use? Anything special? – Single speed steel frame based regular cycle, jersey, track pant, water bottle, Garmin watches
  •  What did you eat & drink? – Regular south Indian dish, water, and fruits.
  •  What was the best part? Each and every moment of my ride was best. I enjoyed fully and tried my best with all efforts. My daughters and my spouse flag-off in the morning and their encouragement, riding on my own in my own rhythm, finishing moment when I realised that finally I did it etc. etc. Many more, will be in my memory throughout my life. 
  •  What was the hardest part? – 142 loops need mental toughness. Another tough situation can be managed but mentally it is very very hard to keep moving. 
  •  Did anything particularly unusual happen? – Varying temperature from hot to chill weather and weekend sudden increase in the traffic in the evening as the nearby beach is a tourist spot.
