The path to the monument was stairs and vehicles were not allowed, so we started from the parking lot just before it.

My condition was normal.
>Why did you want to do a record?
I have cycled from the southernmost to northernmost point of Japan several times.
I had never cycled from the westernmost point of Japan to the easternmost point, so I decided to give it a try.

Bread, rice, drinks, etc. sold at convenience stores.
>What was the best part?
On the first day, there was heavy rain and the roads looked like they might be closed, but the fact that we were able to get through without that happening helped us complete the course.

The heavy rain on the first day and the terrible traffic congestion were a real challenge.
