A Message From the President

One thing leads to another.  As WUCA has pursued its objective of globalizing the sport of ultracycling, we have launched three initiatives now coming to fruition in 2023.

As a global sanctioning body, it is clear that a world championship event is fitting to recognize the top competitors and should be held in a format that is consistent with the title.  Race Around Poland has been announced as this event for 2023 and the start-line roster is growing in response.

With the move to this next level of scale, WUCA has revisited its visual presence and brand and responded with a completely new logo, reflecting the inclusive world footprint.  Competitions, world records and active athlete members now span every continent.

And finally, WUCA is addressing the shortcomings of its online presence with a strengthened social media presence and the first phase of a new website.

I am personally grateful and excited to see all three of these initiatives coming to fruition and hope that you will join me in looking forward with optimism for the season ahead.
