Governance

The WUCA, Inc. is governed by its Board of Directors and Officers as set forth in the Constitution and in its Bylaws. WUCA was formerly known as the UMCA (Ultra Marathon Cycling Association). The Constitution was passed by the members of the UMCA on November 1, 2002. The Bylaws were adopted by the Board on November 2, 2002, with a number of amendments since then. From time to time the Board adopts WUCA Policies to guide the Managing Director and Program Chairs.

IRS Letter of Determination

The WUCA, Inc. is exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code. Contributions to the WUCA are deductible under section 170 of the Code.
