SUMMARY:The Great Himalayan Ultra 2024\, 900km Extreme-August 2024 dates TBA
DESCRIPTION:Inspire India brings you the world’s highest Ultra Race… With a start point elevation higher than any point on any Ultra Race in the world! Racers must report one week before the start of the race for acclimatization. For 2022\, there will be three events; 444km solo self-supported\, 600km solo or relay\, and 900km solo or relay. The 600 and 900 km events are now recognized as RAAM Qualifiers for the solo racers. The 444km race is not a RAAM qualifier. \nSPECIAL NOTE: Being a High Altitude Race\, all racers will be required (mandatory) to report in Leh between 8-10 days before race start. While this is for us to establish that racers get the bare minimum acclimatization\, it is highly recommended that racers arrive 12-14 days in advance to ensure that they acclimatize satisfactorily. This is particularly necessary if racers are flying directly into Leh. Option is to reach Srinagar or Manali and drive to Leh\, in order to have a slower transition to high altitude.

DESCRIPTION:Route – A longer race of 120 hrs that is a RAAM Qualifier for solo and has 2\, 3 or 4 person team categories. The Race follows the same route at the 1000 till it touches the Mangalore-Bangalore highway. There instead of heading back\, the route continues south along the Western ghats\, rolling through spectacular coffee and spice plantations of Coorg. From there it descends down from the Sahyadris to Iritty in Kerala before heading up to Wayanad. Heading into the Nilgiri mountains through Eucalyptus trees the route climbs up to Ooty at 2200Mt through a winding 25 km route. Turning around the route returns the same way to the Mangalore-Bangalore highway and turns to descend towards the coast. From Mangalore the route follows the coastline back to Goa. At some patches\, it touches the edges of the road even.\nThe event will see the racers starting from the Chohal Lake situated in the vicinity of Hoshiarpur\, then entering into the Land of Gods Himachal Pradesh\, passing through Mubarakapur\, Maa Chintpurni\, Dhaliara they will reach Dehra Gopipur that is a town situated in the Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh. Situated at an average elevation of 503 meters\, Dehra Gopipur is regarded as one of the most beautiful tourist destinations in the country. There are as number of beautiful locations in and around the region. The scenic surroundings\, the flowing Beas River and the Pong Reservoir make this place more appealing among the tourists. \nParagpur\, a small town located in Dehra Gopipur has been enlisted as the World Heritage Village in India. The pristine beauty and glorious historical background has earned this place\, the tag of being a wonderful destination that showcases the traditional values of the local folks. Dehra Gopipur has wonderful climatic condition throughout the year. \nThe Race route goes through Nagrota Bagwan towards the most scenic surroundings of tea estates near Palampur.At some points\, toy train can also be seen alongwith the race route. Racers would return back through the same route to Hoshairpur. \nAs this Race is happening in the month of June\, when Fahrenheit scale is at its peak\, but the interesting part is that Racers would experience mild weather overall except 12p.m. to 3p.m.and nights would be colder. \nAt this part of year\, no one can think of Ultra Race in Indian Weather but route and location is more appropriate and appealing to attempt RQ Romantika Uz Beas. \nBeing Summer holidays\,it can be a complete familiy affair for the support crew\, enjoying the route and boosting up the Racer. If attempting in team\, it would be a great experience not only to test the metal of the team on the terrain as well as enjoy the route to the fullest. Being one of the most scenic route in the World\, even a wild attempt with friends accompanying as support crew would be worth a take.

DESCRIPTION:RAI775 is the first Italian Ultracycling event: a double Tirreno-Adriatico that crosses 4 regions\, cuts the Apennines twice touching the two seas\, and after 775km and over 10\,000 meters of elevation returns to Silvi. \nWild nature through some of the most beautiful National Parks in Italy. \nIt’s Qualifying Race for the Race Across America (RAAM) and is included in the World Ultracycling Association Calendar for the 500 Miles Challenge. \nAt RAI 775 this year there will also be an absolute novelty\, a big step forward for ultracycling.as  RAI775 Unsupported will also be the : \nWUCA EUROPEAN ULTRACYCLING CHAMPIONSHIP\nIt is also the first Race of the Ultracycling Italian Championship. \nRace across Italy is a non-stop Ultracycling Race starting from Silvi (TE) and open to the participation of cyclists(both self-supported and with support car) and teams of 2\, 4 cyclists (in relay). \nThe 11th edition will start on May 4th\, 2024 from our beautiful Silvi Marina. \nEnd of April has been decided to give the opportunity to all those who are training for the Race Across America to have a good test (even for the Crew) \, where weather conditions \, except in case of unforeseen events\, should be ideal. \nDiscover all the details of the route\, which will let you to discover amazing places that represents the history of cycling\, such as Campo Imperatore\,Valico del Macerone\, Campitello Matese and more!
