DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Austria! RAN is an Ultra Race around Austrias largest region\, called Niederoesterreich. The „classic course“ is 600km long and has 6.000m of altidude gain. In 2025 – beside the classic RAN – there will be also an 750km „champioship course“ for the European Championships\, which is made of the classic 600km plus an additional 150km loop with 1.700m of altidude gain. Cycling through forrests\, wineyards\, cornfield\, mountains and valleys and along rivers\, following an absolut wonderful course. DESCRIPTION:In the wave of new ultra races popping up around the globe\, our event is different and unique in a way that it has been specifically designed to boost positive image and promote tourism of a very understated and beautiful country. The route has been carefully crafted to represent the best Bosnia & Herzegovina\, passing through National Parks\, along rivers\, lakes and waterfalls\, over 1984 Winter Olympic ski-centers\, by UNESCO World Heritage sites generally over stunning (and hilly) terrain. \nThere are a number of ride options-1200\, 600\, 300\, & 200km. The 1200km is the RQ\, and is a counter-clockwise loop. Open to solo racers (unsupported & supported) and 2-person teams.
